Royal Kings Arms Hotel is situated in the heart of one of England’s most historical cities, with views of Lancaster Castle. This traditional hotel has 55 comfortable en suite bedrooms, including the luxury Castle Suite, with its four poster bed and views of the castle. The Royal Kings Arms is perfect for a variety of business events, with two large conference rooms – both have high ceilings and large windows offering plenty of natural light, and are ideal for seminars, meetings, development days, training and exhibitions. There is also a boardroom available, perfect for smaller meetings.

You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout.
The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.
