Meet chef Daniel: A Culinary Evolution Chef Daniel journey began in his grandmother’s kitchen, where his passion for fresh, quality ingredients was first sparked. From that day forward, his philosophy has remained simple yet powerful: always start with the freshest ingredients. This belief, shared by Michelin-star chefs worldwide, ensures the best culinary results in every dish. In 2004, chef Daniel launched Granny’s Golden Oven across from a hospital, offering health-conscious meals that quickly gained popularity among the staff. His dedication to quality earned him a decade-long partnership with the Military, providing nutritious lunches for recruits five days a week. Eager to expand his horizons, chef Daniel ventured into fine dining, collaborating with top-tier caterers and executive chefs. He later completed his degree in culinary arts, blending tradition with modern innovation—all while staying true to his foundational principle of using the freshest ingredients.

It's in the tropics somewhere between the Port of Indecision and Southwest of Disorder, but no parallels of latitude or longitude mark the spot exactly. You don't have to be a navigator to get there. Our clients are encouraged to inspect their jobs in our shop to get a hands on feel of the scale and specific scenic elements.
