The Risorgimento Resort is a 5 star luxury Hotel located in the heart of the baroque town of Lecce, offering 47 elegant and refined rooms. The Gourmet Restaurant "Le Quattro Spezierie" delights the guests' palate with its local cuisine revisited in a gourmet style; the Roof Garden Restaurant, on the 4th floor of the building, is the perfect setting for summer drinks and dinners, offering a stunning view of the Duomo belltower. Three meeting rooms with modern equipment can host meeting and events up to 70 people. The Salus per Aquam Spa represents an exclusive urban retreat for its guests, offering a hammam calidarium with Turkish bath, multisensory showers and a pleasant relax room. it also includes beauty center for purifying, slimming and anti-aging body and face treatments and massages.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
