Currently our Group cancellation policy stands as per the following: - 120 days or more before the Arrival Date: 25% of the nightly Group Accommodation total value (non-cumulative (nightly) basis) and 25% of the total Event booking value. - Less than 120 days but more than or equal to 61 days before the Arrival Date: 50% of the nightly Group Accommodation total value (non-cumulative (nightly) basis) and 50% of the total Event booking value. - Less than 61 days but more than or equal to 31 days before the Arrival Date: 75% of the nightly Group Accommodation total value (non-cumulative (nightly) basis) and 75% of the total Event booking value. -Less than 31 days before the Arrival Date: 100% of the nightly Group Accommodation total value (non-cumulative (nightly) basis) and 100% of the total Event booking value.
