Additional details

We recently completed an extensive £10 million restoration and refurbishment programme at the hotel. This investment has seen our Edwardian façade lovingly restored and bedrooms completely modernised with a vibrant colour palette of rich reds, greys and creams, stylish contemporary furnishings and state of the art technology. Our public areas have also been transformed including the new restaurant and bar which offer a twist of traditional Edwardian features with modern furnishings and soft atmospheric lighting. Our 6 meeting rooms haven’t been left untouched either, new stylish contemporary furniture, diverse lighting system and the highest quality AV equipment has all been installed to provide an aspiring and productive environment. But it’s not just the aesthetic look of the hotel that’s change, we’ve also changed the name of the hotel. Formerly known as Thistle Bloomsbury, the hotel has reverted back to its original name of ‘The Kingsley’.
