Boconnoc House & Gardens is located in Lostwithiel. It is the perfect place if you are planning your next event in the British countryside. Set amidst nature, it offers superior accommodation and extensive event hosting facilities. The lawns in front of the house are an ideal spot for your drinks reception with views across the parkland and down to the lake in the valley. The main house has four beautiful reception rooms. The Drawing Room can be used for your drinks reception, the Garden Room seats 110 guests and with an additional marquee attached to the end of the room 240 guests can be seated. The Panelled Room and Smoking Room can then be used for your bar and dancing.

You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout.
