Total cancellation policy: FIRST: All the prepayments received will be considered and kept by the hotel as cancellation fees. Partial cancellation policy: FIRST: Within a maximum of 90 days before the arrival of the group, cancellations up to 70% of the rooms initially reserved will be allowed with no penalty. SECOND: Within a maximum of 60 days before the arrival of the group, cancellations up to 50% of the rooms initially reserved will be allowed with no penalty. THIRD: Within a maximum of 30 days before the arrival of the group, cancellations up to 20% of the rooms initially reserved will be allowed with no penalty. FOURTH: Within a maximum of 16 days before the arrival of the group, cancellations up to 10% of the rooms initially reserved will be allowed with no penalty. FIFTH: Between 15 and 8 days before the arrival of the group, cancellations up to 5% of the rooms initially reserved will be allowed with no penalty. SIXTH: Between 7 days and 24 hours before the arrival of the group, cancellations up to 3% of the rooms initially reserved will be allowed with no penalty. Any extra service cancelled will be invoiced in full. SEVENTH: Higher percentage than stated will be invoiced in full. EIGHTH: No-shows are penalized by invoicing all of the services contracted and the rooms reserved. NINTH: This cancellation policy will be understood as accepted upon receipt of the first payment.
