Located in the Golden Mile, Nobu Hotel Marbella has 101 rooms. The hotel, an urban resort is an oasis and an escape from day to day realities. The resort is a destination for entertainment and relaxation. Guests can enjoy the globally acclaimed Nobu Restaurant and Bar, and enjoy La Plaza; the day to night haunt of Marbella's fashion crowd, and they also have exclusive access to the adults-only Nobu Pool for chill-out time during the day. The interior boasts a neutral colour scheme and is modern and textured in appearance, creating an exciting environment where people set the stage. This is a seamless experience from the arrival to the hotel, to the gastronomy and nightlife, all centred around the heart of the resort’s vibrant Plaza filled with people, restaurants and bars. The hotel features rooms and suites overlooking tropical gardens, the Andalucian architecture of our lush beachside resort, and La Plaza, the centre stage of our resort’s cosmopolitan buzz and renowned gastronomic offering. The signature drinks and dining experience is at Nobu Bar & Lounge for creatively crafted cocktails and our Nobu Restaurant for the signature dishes of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, and our seasonal Omakase tasting menus. The day can be spent at the private adults-only Nobu pool, a tranquil retreat from the night before. Here relaxation and detox go hand-inhand with treats served throughout the day to refuel the body. For a busier lifestyle, beach access to the Nobu sun loungers brings the volume up and you can continue enjoying the day until nightfall and the action starts again. A private social space is available on request for meetings, gatherings or private parties for up to 60 guests.

Full cancellation Should the Event not be held at the Hotel or be cancelled, the Organizer will pay the Hotel, as liquidated damages: − 30% of the pro forma invoice, since the signing of the contract up to 120 days prior to arrival. − 80% of the pro forma invoice, between 119 and 46 prior to arrival. − 100% of the pro forma invoice, less than 45 days prior to arrival. Reduction on rooms − Until 90 days before the arrival a maximum of 30% from the original number of room nights can be reduced with no penalties. − Between 89 and 60 days before the group’s arrival a maximum of 15% from the original number of room nights can be reduced with no penalties. − Between 59 and 7 days before the group’s arrival a maximum of 5% from the original number of room nights can be reduced with no penalties. − All room-nights reduced exceeding the above percentages will be charged in full. − No-shows will be charged for the entire stay. These reductions are not accumulative, only one reduction will be allowed from the original room block.
