There is not parking on the site. Parking is available at the Eureka Car Park and can be paid directly with the hotel for just $30 per vehicle per 24 hours. The car park is located 70 City Road, Southbank (Height: 2.10m), and allows multi entry and exit.

• Up to 45 days prior to arrival 100 % of rooms may be cancelled without penalty (except for non-refundable deposit). • 44 - 31 days prior to arrival Up to 10% of the remaining rooms may be cancelled without penalty. Cancellation in excess of 10% of rooms (including entire cancellation of the group) is subject to one night’s accommodation charge per room. • Rooms cancelled within 30 days prior to check in will incur 100% cancellation fee based on the total accommodation charge for the intended duration of stay for each room cancelled. • Cancellations, or amendments whilst in house, within these periods or no shows will incur a fee equivalent to full accommodation charges.
