HYATT house is located in the geographic center of Dade County. This allows for convenient travel to nearby Doral, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and Downtown Miami. The powdery white sands of Miami's South Beach are 15 minutes away. Port of Miami, Bayside Market and American Airlines Arena are also located at 7 miles distance, and ready to receive eager shoppers. The Miami Seaquarium and Miami Metro Zoo are just a short drive away. PET POLICY: Will accept up to two household pets per suite. Only one pet can be a dog weighing no more than 50 pounds. Cats must be declawed and house broken. A $150 USD non-refundable fee will be charged for a one-bedroom suite and $200 USD for a two-bedroom suite. PARKING: Complimentary outdoor self-parking is provided for registered guests. A parking fee of $18 per day will be charged for each additional day after checking out.
