In 1992, New York Offstage began, when founder, Bev Sambrotto, left her role as Assistant Director of Visitor Services at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Her tenure at Lincoln Center gave her invaluable experience as a producer of refined cultural events. This experience included talent recruitment and coordination with world-class talent from Lincoln Center’s companies, cutting edge event planning and production for Fortune 500 corporations, and creative, interactive program content for patrons, and international travel and luxury group clients. New York Offstage flourished as the industry leader in these immersive, behind-the-scenes experiences showcasing New York’s cultural world. As the company grew it was evident that its services and business model could be copied in other leading cultural destinations and in 2007 the brand was renamed The Offstage Group. Until 2012 The Offstage Group served groups of all sizes. The company had weathered several economic downturns and as a safeguard changed its business model to include memorable experiences for individual travelers. Your VIP Pass was born!

Meet chef Daniel: A Culinary Evolution Chef Daniel journey began in his grandmother’s kitchen, where his passion for fresh, quality ingredients was first sparked. From that day forward, his philosophy has remained simple yet powerful: always start with the freshest ingredients. This belief, shared by Michelin-star chefs worldwide, ensures the best culinary results in every dish. In 2004, chef Daniel launched Granny’s Golden Oven across from a hospital, offering health-conscious meals that quickly gained popularity among the staff. His dedication to quality earned him a decade-long partnership with the Military, providing nutritious lunches for recruits five days a week. Eager to expand his horizons, chef Daniel ventured into fine dining, collaborating with top-tier caterers and executive chefs. He later completed his degree in culinary arts, blending tradition with modern innovation—all while staying true to his foundational principle of using the freshest ingredients.

READYSET ATLANTA is a strategic and fast paced team of highly skilled Fabricators and Artists providing custom or pre-built sets. Our 12,000 square foot shop paired with our experienced crew allows us the opportunity to expertly execute a myriad of unique designs and projects. Our clients can rely on us to provide custom designs for any venture, from studio photography sets, events, retail and showroom displays, trade show booths, video and film scenery, gallery builds, pop-up locations and runways. Originating from ReadySet Inc. in New York City, an industry leader since 1997, we embody the passion and commitment necessary to meet our client's unique needs. We relish the opportunity to exceed our client's expectations and our team finds challenges rewarding. Our diverse crew offers a wide range of skills and they are always open to working with new ideas, materials or methods to further our skill set and deliver. With an emphasis on pre-building and finishing sets, our team is able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise ahead of time, saving valuable time during delivery. We provide 3D production drawings to our clients to confirm every detail and also provide samples of finishes needed. As the project develops, we provide constant communication with clients to ensure the project encapsulates their vision. Our clients are encouraged to inspect their jobs in our shop to get a hands on feel of the scale and specific scenic elements.

Fogo Miami is in the heart of South Beach and features expansive dining rooms, a white Carrera marble Market Table, wine displays and a full Bar Fogo specializing in Brazilian-inspired small plates, South American wines and hand crafted cocktails. Fogo elevates the centuries-old cooking technique of churrasco – the art of roasting high-quality cuts of meat over an open flame – into a cultural dining experience of discovery. Differentiated menus are offered for all dayparts including lunch, dinner, weekend brunch and group dining, plus full-service catering and contactless takeout and delivery options.

Who we are Undoubtedly tongue in cheek, the word "Phuc" actually means "blessings and prosperity." Not only is “Phuc” the best word in the UrbanDictionary, but it actually means something positive - Phuc Yea! In 2011, Phuc Yea opened in downtown Miami as the city's first pop-up concept. Fueled by old school hip hop, graffiti and a love for life, Zapata and Meinhold's rendition of Vietnamese cuisine is deeply inspired by family recipes as well as the flavors of the Mekong, but fused with their personal experiences and cooking styles. The food is distinctly 'theirs', vibrant, bold and layered. Half Colombian, half Viet, this is not your classic Viet spot. It’s next level Vietnamese; we have created our own style and flow. Phuc Yea’s culinary inspiration is a mash up of Meinhold’s ethnic heritage and Zapata’s culinary background. Ani, as Meinhold is known, is Vietnamese on her mother’s side and many of the classic recipes on the menu stem from family recipes and traditions. Leave your expectations at the door - no pho, no noodles, 100% conceptual. Today, Phuc Yea has matured and found its brick-and-mortar home in the heart of Miami's MiMo district, an historically designated neighborhood famous for its Art Deco architectural style. Built in the former Sir Williams Hotel, Phuc yea sprawls the first level of the building. The space is separated into three areas, a more sophisticated setting offers a lush lobby lounge anchored by a 15' raw bar just at the main entrance of the space perfectly set for oysters and cocktails, speakeasy-esque dining room with private and semi private dining zones are located in the mezzanine level, and the Lantern Garden during the cooler months is in the rear patio. Decor is a combination of mid-century modern sleekness, street art and traditional Asian accents.
