This impressive DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Milton Keynes is built into Stadium MK, home of MK Dons Football Club, Marshall Arena and Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill. Event organisors can take advantage of some of the largest spaces in the region for events. Hold a wedding for 650 guests or a conference for 1,000 delegates in the Ballroom. Pitch-facing event spaces with private balconies are ideal for groups of 10 to 80, and breakout areas serve 10 to 40 guests. For larger events up to 5,000 guests there's Marshall Arena. Select from 304 bedrooms, many of which are pitch-facing. Stadium MK is also home to Marco Pierre White Steakhouse, Bar & Grill, which offers everything you would expect from a traditional steakhouse, with a unique flair and high quality associated with Marco himself. Milton Keynes is just 30 minutes by fast train from Central London and London Luton airport is just under an hour away on the M1. If you are traveling by car, we are just off the M1 and a 14 minute drive from junction 14. The local railway stations, Bletchley and Central Milton Keynes, are just five minutes away by taxi. DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes features an on-site MK1 Shopping Park and is just four miles from Milton Keynes Centre, home of one of the largest UK's shopping centres.

This onsite restaurant offers everything you would expect from a traditional steakhouse, combined with the superior quality of Marco Pierre White. Located on the east-side of Stadium MK. It boasts a fantastic location with one side of the restaurant opening up onto an outside terrace area where guests can enjoy pre- and post-dinner drinks. Steakhouse Bar & Grill is renowned for its quality steaks. The finest sirloin, rib-eye and fillets cooked perfectly to your liking. The menu also centres on some of Marco’s classic British and French dishes including Roast Rump of Lamb a la Dijonnaise and Mr Lamb’s Shepherd’s Pie. As well as some of his childhood favourites including classic chicken kiev, The Governor’s Fried Haddock and Triple Cooked Chips and Wheeler’s Classic Prawn Cocktail. Marco’s ethos is to deliver recognisable dishes, simply cooked, using the best, well-sourced and seasonal ingredients.

Aerial Extreme Ltd was formed in 2005 and in 2006 we built the first urban High Wire Adventure Course in the UK at Milton Keynes, which has proven to be enormously successful. In the same year, we also built a tree based course at the Trentham Estate, Stoke and in 2007 we added Knowsley Safari Park, Merseyside to our portfolio.

Post-war Bletchley Park became home to a variety of organizations including the General Post Office (GPO), the Civil Aviation Authority and a Teacher Training College whose numerous collective employees knew nothing about the enormity of the wartime work that had gone on in the buildings they inhabited. In 1974 FW Winterbotham, who had worked on Ultra at wartime Bletchley Park, published a book called ‘The Ultra Secret’; an extensive, although at times inaccurate, account of the work and accomplishments of the codebreaking hub. So the secret was out and the ban on talking about it was lifted although detail about ‘Britain’s Best Kept Secret’ emerged only gradually and sporadically over the years that followed.

But this summer changes all that with the re-launch of Pier 17 at the Seaport District NYC. Home to the Seaport Museum and the city’s largest concentration of restored maritime buildings, Pier 17 is being reclaimed for New Yorkers via dynamic food, drink, art, architecture, retail, and entertainment concepts that foster community and engage the city’s denizens, year-round. Pier 17 and the surrounding Seaport District comes out of its tourist trap shadows as its new tenants incorporate the neighborhood’s rich past, while embracing its future as a port of discovery. For history buffs, Pier 17 is one of the most interesting places in NYC. The economic growth of New York in the first half of the 19th century was driven by the Port of New York’s position as an import–export exchange and cargo center for emerging American and global markets. The Seaport and Pier 17 became a gateway for international shipping, maritime activities and the wholesale fish trade. South Street was known as the “Street of Ships” and the Wavertree, which is docked alongside Pier 17 to this day, arrived in New York City in 1895 en route to Calcutta with jute cargo aboard. The ship was acquired by the South Street Seaport Museum in 1968 and went through a 16-month, $13 million restoration. “These are the kinds of ships that built New York,” says Jonathan Boulware, executive director of the South Street Seaport Museum. A hub of commercial virtue (the finance, sea trade and printing press businesses were all located in this dense port) and accompanying vice (the area is home to some of the city’s oldest drinking dens, which played host to all manner of illicit activities back in the day), the Seaport was the first 24-hour district in New York, hence the phrase “the city that never sleeps”.
