Built into the very cliffside itself, perched 85 metres above the Mediterranean Sea, the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco can be found on Rock, just yards from the Prince’s Palace, and commands breathtaking sea views. The Espace Léo Ferré is located at the Terrasses de Fontvieille, overlooking the port, at the foot of the Rock of Monaco. Equipped with a modular stage, the multipurpose hall is available to hire and has all of the facilities needed to stage spectacular shows, or host dinners, exhibitions, trade fairs, or meetings. THE ESPACE LÉO FERRÉ - FACTS AND FIGURES • The 1,800 m2 ground floor level includes the foyer, concert hall, bar area, and cloakroom • The 1,100 m² hall can accommodate up to 1,900 people standing, with various configurations possible (cocktail event, formal dinner, exhibition, etc.) • The upper level has 2 balconies with total capacity for up to 182 people seated, and a second bar area BREAKING NEWS : In 2025, the Espace Léo Ferré will move from its current location above the Fontvieille shopping mall to a new site at the Ilot Pasteur complex. The new venue called Live by Léo Ferré, should open in March 2026.

A large capacity event space within the Principality Since 1974 the Espace Fontvieille Chapiteau has been a “fixed” structure, a testament to the longevity of the landmark event for which it was designed at the behest of Prince Rainier III of Monaco, namely the Festival International du Cirque de Monte-Carlo, the world’s foremost celebration of the circus arts. Located in the western district of Monaco on land reclaimed from the sea, the Espace Fontvieille and its 8,665 m² of space is the ideal venue for hosting all kinds of events, from gala dinners and private evenings to shows and exhibitions, new car unveilings and product launches, sports events, and much more. LE CHAPITEAU - FACTS & FIGURES • 8,666 m² of floor space in total • 2,000 m² of usable space under the ‘big top’ tent • Outdoor esplanade of 3,000 m², with expansion opportunities • Concert hall with capacity for up to 3,800 spectators • This high-capacity space can hold up to 1,600 people for a sit-down dinner and 1,800 people for a stand up drinks party.

The Principality has just given itself a spectacular new district: Mareterra, a 6-hectare extension on the Mediterranean. and our congress center has gained 6000 m2 of extra spaces. 2500 hotel rooms are available in all categories (3*, 4* and 5*). Welcoming clients is deeply anchored in Monaco traditions and all your participants will enjoy staying in unique places under unique conditions for sure! Most of our facilities are close to each other which makes it much easier for any event organizer in terms of logistics. Shuttle bus transfers are not mandatory here, all is walking distance! Waste: Reduction at the source, fight against single-use plastic (goal "zero plastic waste" 2030). 4. Renewable energies: Solar development (solar cadastre) and use of the sea for heating / cooling (heat pumps).
