-Under Jamaican legislation smoking is not permitted in the hotel except in designated areas. -ATM in hotel - ATM in the games room of Riu Montego Bay sister hotel. -Use of gym, whirlpool bath and steam bath is restricted to guests over 18 years old. Sports shoes are compulsory when using the gym. -All hotel guests are required to wear an "All Inclusive" wristband for identification purposes.

Verbal reductions and cancellations shall not be binding ** Traditional Groups Reduction Policies: -Within 61 days or more prior group's arrival , without penalty. -Between 60 and 46 days prior group's arrival, reductions of 25% of the total room block without penalty; 75% of the remaining cancelled rooms will have 1 night penalty per room. -Between 45 and 31 days prior group's arrival, reductions of 15% of the total room block without penalty; 85% of the remaining cancelled rooms will have 2 nights penalty per room. -Reductions 30 days or less prior group's arrival, will apply no refund policy
