Locally owned and independently operated, Harvest Inn is a refreshingly distinct, 81-room vineyard-side resort set across eight landscaped acres in St. Helena. Tudor-inspired architecture, meandering brickwork, gardens and mountain views create an inspiring setting just one mile from downtown and close to Napa Valley’s celebrated wineries and restaurants. Recognized as the #2 Hotel in Northern California and #15 Hotel in the World in the 2025 Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards, Harvest Inn pairs relaxed elegance with warm, personable service. Our experienced team takes a flexible, attentive approach that makes planning feel easy and attendees feel genuinely well cared for. Three recently refreshed meeting rooms offer natural light and garden, mountain or vineyard views. The 1,500-square-foot Fountain View Room accommodates up to 90 guests and opens onto an adjoining terrace framed by redwoods. The 1,050-square-foot Vineyard View Room accommodates up to 60 guests for dinner or 22 in a U-shape and opens directly onto the Vineyard View Terrace. The 1,050-square-foot Mountain View Room provides a private setting for executive meetings of up to 16 guests. Outdoor venues include the vineyard-facing Vineyard View Terrace, the 2,500-square-foot Manor House Lawn for up to 200 guests, the Fountain Terrace and Bocce Grove—ideal for receptions, meals and team building. Harvest Table, our relaxed Wine Country kitchen, showcases locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and a wine list featuring 95% Napa County selections. From working lunches to chef-driven dinners, menus can be tailored to your gathering. Group experiences may include yoga, bocce, wine blending, winery tastings, hiking, Sip & Paint sessions, pickleball or tennis clinics, axe throwing and luxury sports-car excursions. Between sessions, attendees can enjoy two heated pools, hot tubs, fire pits, vineyard-side paths, spa treatments and a 24-hour fitness center. Ideal for executive retreats, leadership meetings, incentive programs and corporate celebrations, Harvest Inn keeps attendees connected while giving every part of the program its own character.
