RESERVATION POLICY: We will charge your credit card 1 night's rate when your reservation is confirmed. If cancelled by 6:00 p.m. Central Time at least 14 days prior to check-in date, we will refund your deposit, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Your deposit will not be refunded if cancelled after that time. The entire stay will be charged to your credit card for cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to arrival. There is no credit for late arrivals or early departures. Please note: The balance due will be charged to your credit card on the day of your arrival; Full payment for Special Events/Holidays, Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest, and when booking all three rooms is required at least 30 days in advance of the arrival date. Arrival Time: Please specify an arrival time as realistic as possible. We are not around 24/7 and cannot always be available for late check-ins or if you arrive later than you originally informed us. We ask that you update us with your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance. SMOKING POLICY: All guest rooms and indoor areas of the house are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the deck and in the yard as long as it does not interfere with the enjoyment of our other guests. Burning candles or incense in guest rooms or common areas of the house is prohibited. PETS AND CHILDREN: Sorry, no pets allowed. Families with children 13 or older are welcome. Children younger than 13 may be allowed if the group is booking all three rooms. BREAKFAST: A continental breakfast is available each morning. By city ordinance, B&B's in New Orleans are not permitted to serve prepared meals. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!

Chez Palmiers (House of Palms) offers three different rooms, all with queen beds, private baths, and in-room amenities to make your stay with us more enjoyable. You'll have your own TV and air conditioner, a mini-fridge as well as open access to the kitchen and dining room leading to the pool. A continental breakfast is available each morning including yogurt, fruit, cereals, breads, juice and coffee. An espresso machine is available for those who crave a latté or café au lait. We also offer free, secure WIFI Internet access. (By city ordinance, B&B's are not permitted to serve prepared meals.)
