That’s right: the warm and inviting Midtown Manhattan address is making meeting planning less complicated with low rental fees and no food and beverage minimums upon booking. With four modern executive boardrooms offering the latest audio and video conferencing technology for meetings, presentations or executive retreats, Hotel 48LEX New York welcomes meetings from 8 to 15 people. Boardrooms feature views of Lexington Avenue; Herman Miller Chairs; high-def flat panel TVs; wireless multimedia system for lights and drapes; iPod connections individual climate controls; and same-floor access to the private Alcove and The Lounge for relaxation and throughout the day. Catering options are available at Hotel 48LEX New York. In addition to catered options, each executive boardroom is stocked with the same locally-sourced delights featured in the guest room butler pantry.
