With decor inspired by Picasso's Blue period, JIMMY was created and is curated by David Rabin and Johnny Swet. Yes, we have eliminated all single-use plastics in both back- and front-of-house (laundry bags, straws, plastic water bottles, and more), use large-format refillable dispensers, in-room water is presented in reusable glass carafes, limit printed collateral in guest rooms (focusing on digital communication with guests instead), and have a laundry program with towel and sheet re-use signage in all guest rooms.
