Located in the heart of Chelsea, NYC, Metropolitan Pavilion and Creative Studios combine historic charm with modern versatility, offering a range of spaces for events of all sizes and functions. From small corporate meetings of 50 people to large-scale events of up to 15,000 over the course of an event, this highly-regarded venue features six unique spaces: The North and South Pavilion, contriving the eminent Full Pavilion, The Suite, The Gallery, The Level, and the newly added Metropolitan Creative Studios—a thoughtfully designed layout combining style and functionality to accommodate both professional meetings and creative pursuits. With flexible configurations, comprehensive services, and an accessible location, Metropolitan Pavilion is dedicated to meeting the needs of today’s clients by providing a seamless and elevated experience for every event.

Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.

Политика отмены

Liquidated Damages/Cancellation: If Licensee cancels any Event covered by this License Agreement, Licensee agrees to pay to MP the following amounts as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, and the parties agree that such amounts constitute reasonable provision for reasonable damages: a) If Licensee cancels more than one year before the first load-in day of the Event, MP shall retain the Reservation Fee as liquidated damages. b) If Licensee cancels more than six months before the first load-in day of the Event, but less than one year before the first load-in day of the Event: MP shall retain the Reservation Fee as liquidated damages and Licensee shall pay one half of the remaining License fees to MP as liquidated damages. c) If Licensee cancels less than six months before the first load-in day of the Event, the entire License Fee shall be payable to MP as liquidated damages within ten (10) days of the invoice. d) If License at any point cancels an event that was a rescheduled event in accordance with Sec. 33 (below), the entire License Fee shall be payable to MP as liquidated damages within ten (10) days of invoice.
