The Atrium is a stunning building, inspired by Buckingham Palace, designed in 1927 by local architect Thomas Cecil Howitt. At The Atrium we are proud to offer our corporate clients a functional and costeffective venue with the ‘wow’ factor. Our range of suites* is available daily, from 7am – midnight, for events such as breakfast meetings, conferences, product launches, awards ceremonies and gala dinner dances. The icing on the cake is ideal for party setting, look no further than The Atrium. Whether you have 50 or 500 guests celebrating your anniversary, retirement or 18th birthday; we ensure that you have the time of your life.

You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout. The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.
