Mystery Trip is a team bonding event planning company that creates unique experiences for our clients. The "mystery" is that none of your guests will know what they'll be doing until they experience it (don't worry...you'll be in the know!). We believe in the concept of "true fun" - where playfulness, connection, and flow merge - and build each of our events with this philosophy in mind in order to create a space for organic connection as guests have a shared visceral experience. Against all odds, we have opened up our newest restaurant, Serafina, This little gem of a restaurant, perched on top of Nob Hill, has truly been a labor of love, as we were set to open at the end of February, and then had to do so during the ensuing pandemic....We are so excited about Serafina, which has been a concept in the making for many years for us. Serafina was Maurizio’s grandmother, and the name of her eponymous restaurant in the heart of Trastevere (Rome), where Maurizio first began making pizzas at the age of 14. She was a tough woman and wonderful chef.. an inspiration for his love of cooking then, and inspiration of how he is determined to persevere despite the difficult circumstances of today. We hope to create a warm, elegant space where neighbors and friends can come together. We have an amazing team with our partner Giuseppe Terminiello, the co-owner of Piccolo Forno with us (we also own Ideale, in North Beach as well), and Umberto Cannarsa, an accomplished and incredibly talented chef from Rome, who had his own successful restaurants there.

The foundation of our product line is the renowned artwork of local artist David Crighton, who has been capturing the essence of your city through his memorable images since 1973. Offering jazz, Latin, soul, dance, and instrumentals of pop and rock favorites, Kevin loves entertaining and starting the party with his big sax sound and professional backing tracks. He specializes in giving a unique experience to his clients by catering to their taste and style. If the event is mellow, he blends in with smooth background music. If the event is high-energy, he amps it up with high energy music, often dancing with guests as he plays. Engaging, personable, and dynamic, Kevin was the featured entertainer at UC San Diego’s commencement ceremony in front of 7000 people, pushing the limits of audience engagement, building epic solos, and creating the ultimate show.
