Cancellation and Postponement Policy : In case of cancellation or postponement, the following fees shall apply (as a percentage of the total amount of the event), based on the date of written confirmation received before the start of the event: Full cancellation - Up to D-90: 50% - Between D-89 and D-60: 70% - From D-59: 100% Postponement within 6 months - Up to D-90: 15% - Between D-89 and D-60: 30% - From D-59: 50% (up to D-7, 100% from D-6) The postponement option is offered to the Client by Châteauform’ provided that: - Notification of the postponement is received up to D-7 (from D-6, the postponement fees will be 100% of the total amount of the event); - No previous postponement of the event has occurred (only 1 postponement per event); - The deposit for the event has been paid in full, in addition to any previous invoices; - The cost of the rescheduled event is at least equal to the cost of the cancelled event, with application of the rates applicable on the date of the new event; - The rescheduled event takes place within 6 months of the dates initially booked (if this 6-month period concludes in July or August, it shall be extended into September); - The date of the rescheduled event is confirmed within 15 days upon notification of cancellation. The amount of cancellation fees owed by the Client may be offset against the amount of the deposit already paid as follows: If the amount of the deposit is higher than the cancellation fees, the difference will be refunded to the Client; If this amount is lower, the difference will be invoiced to the Client.
