The Perth Town Hall is the building with the clock tower at the corner of Hay and Barrack Streets in Perth. The venue lies in the heart of Perth’s retail and financial districts, and a short walk from the PCEC. Total venue capacity is 400. Rooms are not individually hired, except for exhibitions in the Lower Foyer not requiring access to the kitchen and toilets. The Perth Town Hall welcomes corporate and charitable events, forums, balls, banquets, concerts and weddings.

The International Spy Museum (SPY) is an independent nonprofit museum which documents the tradecraft, history, and contemporary role of espionage. It holds the largest collection of international espionage artifacts on public display.
