Check-in Age: 21 years or older (18 or older with a valid Military ID) Pet Policy: One, well-behaved domestic pet (cat or dog) Stays Free! Pets must be declared at check-in. Up to 2 pets allowed per room. Second pet $15/ night, not to exceed 7 nights or $105 per pet per stay. Pet not to exceed 80 pounds. Service and emotional support animals are always welcome. Safe Usage Policy: Fee of $3.00 plus tax per night will be added at the hotel. Deposit Policy: $75 deposit charged to a valid debit/credit card is required for ALL guests upon check-in. Cash is not accepted as payment. NO PREPAID CREDIT CARDS. Special Policy: This location has a maximum stay of 28 days. Long term guests will need to check out at the 28-day limit for a minimum of 24 hours before continuing to stay at this hotel. Special Policy: We offer early check in upon request for your convenience. Please inquire at the front desk for availability. Early check-in Fee: check in from 6AM - 1PM = $25+tax. Special Policy: We offer late check out upon request for your convenience. Please inquire at the front desk for availability before the departure time of 11am. Late check-out Fees: check out at 1pm = $25=tax, check out at 2pm = $40+tax, check out after 2pm subject to full room rate.
