Guests who cancel at least 60 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund, while cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be retained. To confirm a reservation, guests must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking. This process ensures transparency and a clear understanding of the terms while maintaining the exclusivity and availability of the estate for committed guests.
