Booking & Event Dates: Contract must be executed and business marked definite by December 31, 2026. Event must actualize by December 31, 2027. Event Size: Minimum peak room block of 75 rooms, maximum 650 peak rooms. Must maintain 85–100% of peak for at least two nights. Single-peak-night events are not eligible. Competitive Consideration: Group must be evaluating at least two or more destinations for site selection. Business Type: Must represent new business to Allegheny County (no annual repeats). Excludes business already marked definite prior to the program launch. Hotel Participation: Applicable to any Allegheny County-area hotel capable of accommodating qualifying room blocks.
