Customer cancellation within 14 days of the scheduled Event will be subject to the greater of thefollowing full charges; (a) the minimum food revenue guarantee plus beverages laid out in the contract; and (b) the minimum number of guests that the Customer guarantees will be paid for times the lowest priced lunch or dinner entrée plus beverages applicable to the confirmed meal period, or the contracted menu for the Event plus beverages based on the published menu price the date of cancellations, whichever is greater. Service charge and taxes will be added and the totalamount (less the non-refundable Deposit(s) paid to date). Fee is due and payable by the Customer within 3 days of Event cancellation.

Penn Brewery is located directly across the Allegheny River from downtown Pittsburgh and is walkable from the Convention Center. We offer a multi-level, self-park garage at no cost to guests.
