Engaging, personable, and dynamic, Kevin was the featured entertainer at UC San Diego’s commencement ceremony in front of 7000 people, pushing the limits of audience engagement, building epic solos, and creating the ultimate show. Fogo showcases the centuries-old cooking technique of churrasco – the art of roasting high-quality cuts of meat over an open flame turning it into a cultural dining experience of discovery.
