At the most attractive location on the Slovenian Mediterranean coast - Portoroz, where the blue Adriatic reaches far into the very hearth of Central Europe, the St. Bernardin, Adriatic Resorts & Convention Centre provides a complete range of services for those whishing to make the most of their free time or organize meetings, conventions or events. The St. Bernardin Resort is ideally located between the medieval Town of Piran and the modern resort town Portoroz. It offers three hotels, of which the five-star Grand Hotel Bernardin, the first and largest convention hotel in Slovenia with 241 rooms. The St. Bernardin Convention Centre at the Grand Hotel Bernardin is an extensive venue, designed to meet a variety of function: conventions, seminars, workshops, presentations and product launches, press conferences, business meetings, elegant fashion shows and banquettes. With a wide range of multifunctional meeting rooms, all with state-of-the-art technical equipment, natural daylight and a divisible main hall for up to 1.100 delegates’ theatre style, the convention centre is the right venue for up to 2.615 delegates.

ROOM REDUCTION The number of rooms reserved may be reduced: 1. Before 120 day the event can be cancelled without any penalty, except the non-refundable deposit of 10.000,00€. 2. 120 days – 76 days before arrival: 40% of the blocked rooms can be reduced / cancelled without any charge that the St. Bernardin Adriatic Resort & Convention Center receives written notice of such reduction. In case more then 40% of the block booking is cancelled 1 night room revenue will be charged. 3. From 75 days – 60 days before arrival: 30% of the remaining blocked rooms can be reduced / cancelled without any charge that the St. Bernardin Adriatic Resort & Convention Center receives written notice of such reduction. In case more then 30% of the block booking is cancelled 1 night room revenue will be charged. 4. From 59 days – 30 days before arrival: 20% of the remaining blocked rooms can be reduced / cancelled without any charge that the St. Bernardin Adriatic Resort & Convention Center receives written notice of such reduction. In case more then 20% of the block booking is cancelled 1 night room revenue will be charged. 5. From 29 days – 15 days before arrival: 10% of the remaining blocked rooms can be reduced / cancelled without any charge that the St. Bernardin Adriatic Resort & Convention Center receives written notice of such reduction. In case more then 10% of the block booking is cancelled 2 nights room revenue will be charged. 6. From 14 days – 0 daysbefore arrival: 95% payment of all the reduced/cancelled rooms for the whole stay (5% of the confirmed/booked rooms will not be charge). 7. “No-show” (confirmed reservations from the organizer, the guest do not appear): 100% payment of the reserved room for the entire stay.

The Grand Hotel Bernardin 5* in Portorož is the first congress hotel in Slovenia located in a quiet, green area, right by the sea. The hotel has 241 modern rooms with balcony and sea view (147 of them are twin rooms), including 10 executive suites, 11 junior suites and 9 superior rooms. The hotel offers also Spa and Convention centre.
