City Conference Center is located just few metres far from Cubex Centre Prague, and is connected to it by just one corridor. It can offer 5 meeting rooms and capacity for up to 500 people. Together we can host events with up to 1,700 participants. Due to the multi-purpose facilities at the KCC, it is an ideal venue for organizing congresses, conferences, training sessions, auctions, expositions and another social events. Every hall has its own foyer and, naturally, there is a stable Wi-Fi connection for quick Internet access as well as air-conditioning throughout the entire KCC.

Charles Bridge is a stone Gothic bridge that connects the Old Town and Malá Strana. It was actually called the Stone Bridge (Kamenný most) during the first several centuries. Its construction was commissioned by Czech king and Holy Roman Emperor Charles IV and began in 1357. In charge of the construction was architect Petr Parléř whose other works include the St. Vitus Cathedral at the Prague Castle. It is said that egg yolks were mixed into the mortar to strengthen the construction of the bridge.

The Old Town Square (Staromestske) is one of two main squares in the city centre (the other is Wenceslas Square, 5 minutes walk away). With its ancient buildings and magnificent churches, this is one of the most beautiful historical sights in Europe. Dating back to the late 12th century, the Old Town Square started life as the central marketplace for Prague. Over the next few centuries, many buildings of Romanesque, Baroque and Gothic styles were erected around the market, each bringing with them stories of wealthy merchants and intrigue. The Old Town Square's most notable sights are the Church of Our Lady before Tyn, the Old Town Hall Tower & Astronomical Clock and the stunning St. Nicholas Church. At the centre of the Old Town Square is the Jan Hus statue, erected on the 6th July 1915 to mark the 500th anniversary of the reformer’s death. The groundswell of supporters for his beliefs during the 14th and 15th centuries eventually led to the Hussite wars. Sit back and soak up the atmosphere over a coffee at one of the many pavement cafés surrounding the square.

In our multifunctional center, we support the sorting of waste and its subsequent reuse and recycling. There are sorting bins for both participants and staff. Employee training is ongoing regarding waste recycling. Leftover food is handed over by our catering to food banks, and single-use plastics are completely prohibited here.
