The resort is not responsible for any service delays as result of last minute changes. No show: will be charge 100% EVENTS All technical service cancellations require a 48-hour advance notice. All such cancellations within the 48-hour window will be charged to the group account. For all group function of 100 guests: due to weather conditions, the hotel reserves the right to move events reserved on the beach and/or poolside to an alternative site within the hotel within a 24 hour notice basis.

Maximum 3 upgrades per group in hotels where there is more than one room type. Subject to availability at the moment of check-in. - 20% Discount in SPA services. -40% Discount in our Golf Courses: PGA Rivera Maya( Mexico) & Ocean´s 4 La Romana ( Dominican Republic). *Room upgrade available in hotels with more than one room category. Upgrade is based on availability. Maximum 3 upgrades per group.
