Hilton Reading is located off the M4 and A33 and offers on-site car parking. A dinner menu crafted with carefully sourced ingredients can be enjoyed nightly in OXBO Kitchen. Meeting and conference space is available for up to 500 delegates. The hotel offers 10 event spaces, from smaller rooms well-suited to boardroom style meetings, to larger rooms that are ideal for classroom and training formats, up to the largest suite that seats 500 guests theatre style. On-site catering is available with meeting lunches that include healthy superfoods, delicious free-from choices, indulgent guilty pleasures and refreshing hydration stations. Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
