The restaurant features an open-air churrasco grill in the heart of the dining room where guests can watch our Gaucho Chefs practice the culinary art of churrasco as they butcher and grill a variety of fire-roasted proteins. The main dining room is anchored by a white Carrara marble Market Table and our signature bas-relief interpretation of Antonio Carigni’s O Lacador statue, the embodiment of the gaucho culture. The cancellation policy for The ROCC events is based on time of year and length of time between the booking and the event. Minimum of $1000 deposit will secure your date.

Additional details

Hotels, Lodges, and Inns surround The ROCC, as do area restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Parking is free and plentiful. The ROCC offers complimentary Hi-Tech, Industrial Grade WIFI, drop down screens and movable big screen TV's. Booking now for FALL 2022 and beyond. ROCC clients may choose their own caterers or pick from the list that will be provided to them. This is at no extra charge. Clients may also bring in their own AV. Get Inspired ~ Let's Create
