San Francisco has always been a city driven by innovation, from the Gold Rush pioneers who first landed in Embarcadero in 1849 to today’s tech entrepreneurs. The General Harrison, a Gold Rush-era ship, was discovered in 2001 during construction, and remains buried beneath our hotel’s foundation, with an outline on the sidewalk marking its location. The city’s adventurous spirit continues to thrive, and our hotel offers the perfect base to experience both its rich history and cutting-edge future.
