Our objective is to promote the country as a headquarters of congresses, conventions and incentive travel, and to offer free and unbiased consultations to professionals interested in organizing their meetings or incentives in Costa Rica. Our experience and profound knowledge of the country and the meetings and incentives sector have allowed us to position Costa Rica as one of the most qualified countries for these types of events. We can provide you with support and consultations for planning and promoting your event: - Headquarters, lodging and suppliers for your meeting - Programs for cultural activities and recreation for delegates and companions - Visits to the city and excursions - Access to city tourist plans and brochures for participants - Liaison with city organizations and institutions for municipal services - Coordination of inspection visits - Free promotion of your meeting - Planning of candidacy processes and elaboration of report - Transfer of necessary graphic and audiovisual material - Collaboration in the presentation session of the candidacy
