BANQUET AND MEETING FACILITIES The Saujana’s pillarless Ballroom with a spacious foyer can accommodate up to 700 guests for a theatre style set-up and 250 for a classroom style conference set-up. In addition, there are also 17 smaller function rooms overlooking landscaped gardens ideal for intimate gatherings, meetings, seminars to break-out rooms, accommodating 10 to 250 persons. All the meeting rooms at Block 1 are well-equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual and conference facilities such as: • Individually-controlled lighting • LCD projector available upon request • Telephone available upon request • High-speed internet access available • Video conferencing equipment available upon request • White board (included in meeting packages) • Screen • Coffee machine Meeting spaces located at Block 2 are outfitted with additional features as the following: • Built-in charging stations (for mobiles, iPads etc) • Specially designed audio visual feature wall comprising of built-in screens, white-boards and 70 inch flat screen tv • Personalized minibar • Built-in induction system In addition to the above, The Club offers a fully equipped boardroom for that ultimate meeting experience. Located at the ground floor across the lobby area. Full and half-day meeting packages are available for corporate groups. A poolside dinner is highly recommended. The hotel also has ample space ideal for team building exercises and outdoors activities with the resort grounds.

Check-in Time : 14:00hrs Check-out Time : 12:00hrs Early Arrivals / Late Departures : For early arrivals in the day, we recommend to pre-block reserving for the night prior to guarantee immediate access. Request for pre-block will be chargeable as one day room rate. Similarly, for late departures, any extension stay up to 6.00pm is chargeable based on 50% of the daily room rate quoted. After 6.00pm, you will be charged a full day room rate. The hotel would require guests to give a notice of cancellation or amendment at least 1 day in advance to avoid any cancellation or amendment penalties equivalent to a one night room charge and one way airport transfer charge (if any arrangement). No show or early departure, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full length of stay is applicable.

The Following Benefits will be applicable for Club Guest Only:- 1. Welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival 2. Monday till Saturday, breakfast at Senja from 6.30am-10.30am, Sunday breakfast at Charcoal from 6.30am – 10.30am. Additional guests will be charged at RM72++ per person 3. All day tea and coffee at The Lounge. Specialty coffee will be based on ala carte menu price (cappuccino, caffe latte, mocha latte, espresso, etc) 4. Evening cocktail and canapés at The Lounge from 5.00pm – 7.00pm. Walk in or invited guests will be charged at RM84++ per person (inclusive of alcoholic beverages) 5. Complimentary use of Boardroom for 1 hour per stay, after which, hourly rental shall apply and subject to availability of space 6. Business Centre usage for Internet and printing Wi-Fi access in public area *The Club’s Operation Hours will be from 6.00am to 12.00 midnight daily. Kindly use your designated keycard for your access to The Club from 12.00 midnight to 6.00am. For any check-in or check-out after 12.00 midnight, please proceed to The Saujana Hotel Lobby.
