Sunflower Hotel & Residence — это четырехзвездочный жилой комплекс гостиничного типа, инвестированный компанией Shenzhen Zhou Ji Tong Industrial Development Co., Ltd. и управляемый компанией Shenzhen Grand Skylight Hotel Management Co., Ltd., расположенный в центральном деловом районе района Футянь города Шэньчжэнь.
