Individual Short Stays Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to arrival without charge. Any cancellations made within 24 hours, or non-arrivals, will be charged in full for the first night. Group Bookings For group reservations, cancellations or significant reductions in numbers must be made at least 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full based on the agreed booking terms.
