Thirty-three rooms divided into four different types, looking at the Umbrian landscape, marked by green-black cypresses and green-grey olive trees. The restaurant, favorite meeting-place of international customers, creates a high cuisine of the Territory and Sushi with ancient recipes and modern creations using highly selected foods.
