Ограничения помещения
Reservations are accepted on a first come first served basis. Requests must be made a minimum of two weeks prior to, and a maximum of one year in advance of your event. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent the facility. Regular weekly or monthly schedules for any individual, group or organization exceeding a three-month period must have prior approval. All usage fees as identified on the lease agreement will be required a minimum of two weeks prior to the event as well as the room setup schematic and any other pertinent arrangements. A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required at the time of signing the reservation form. The deposit will be applied to your usage fees. Once this Agreement has been signed and the non-refundable deposit has been received, your usage of the facility for the date and time requested is guaranteed. There is a $75 damage deposit. The facility is to be left in ‘as is’ condition. Damage Deposit will be returned or applied to your rental rates if all conditions are met upon departing the facility. Damages or extra hours used relating to your event will be billed. Please make checks payable to: Good Samaritan All external parties (those not orchestrated by Good Samaritan Residents or Staff) are required to obtain the services of the community center coordinator employed by Good Samaritan. The coordinator position will be obtained at a rate of $18 per hour. That rate will be charged for the length of your event plus one-half hour prior to your event and one-half hour after your event (or length of event plus one hour). The event coordinator will be available to assist you with set-up and clean-up, assistance with serving food, coffee and water service, to make sure all equipment is in working order, to make sure your event with Good Samaritan runs smoothly, and to ensure all rules of this agreement are carried forth. We recommend that you allow the last 30-60 minutes of the scheduled event rental time for clean-up. In general, the facility is to be left in the condition in which it was found. No food or beverage containing red dye is allowed! No open flames such as Tiki Torches, BBQ grills or candles are allowed inside or outside the building. The representative of the renting Group / Organization is responsible to remind all guests, including children, to be very respectful of the facility and its surrounding community. The renter is responsible for the actions of the renter’s guests
