Smoking is not permitted in any building. There are numerous protected and attractive outside areas where smoking is allowed.

Because we are a small lodging facility, we have a strict cancellation policy, which is very similar to most Bed and Breakfasts. It is our intent to be fair to our guests, but also to operate in a business like manner. If you cancel at least 14 days prior to your arrival date, there is a $50 (per room) cancellation fee which can be applied (for up to one year) to your next reservation. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, we will provide you with a Gift Certificate (good for one year) for an amount equal to the first night's lodging tariff.

•We offer impeccable service, elegant historic accommodations and amenities that executive travelers expect. •We're a small quaint hotel where your meeting is the only group event taking place. •We help you personally design every facet of your meeting that includes professional site inspections and custom-designed adventures. •We watch your budget, including complimentary full breakfast and evening social hour with wine, beer and hors d'oeuvres, plus complimentary onsite parking! •Our rates range from $149-$269 for weeknights Sunday through Thursday. •The “Main Attraction” of our Inn is St. Augustine and its activities, charm and international flair that are yours to explore! •Our meeting space is in the historic Llambias House: "One of St. Augustine's and America's oldest original buildings, circa 1763. A landmark with nearly a square block of enclosed garden for a private reception”. Located conveniently across the street from the St. Francis Inn.
