Политика отмены

GROUP DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES: Deposit is due two weeks from date of booking. ($40.00 per person; 10 person minimum) Deposit is nonrefundable, but transferable to another group booking for up to one year if notice of cancellation of entire group is given at least two months prior to arrival date. Total group count and rooming list due two weeks prior to arrival date. Reductions after this deadline will result in a forfeiture of $40.00 per person. Your group will be charged first night's rate for any cancellations within 72 hours of arrival. GROUP BALANCE IS DUE IN ONE CHECK PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. (These policies enable Epworth to maintain affordable rates for all our guests. Thank you for your cooperation.)
