Sheraton Stockholm Hotel is currently undergoing an extensive renovation designed to enhance the overall guest experience. Large parts of the hotel have already been completed, and all guest rooms, the conference floor, the bar, and parts of the lobby are fully open and operating as usual. The final stages of the renovation, including the restaurant, gym & wellness facilities, and the remaining areas of the lobby, are scheduled to be completed by the end of March. The hotel remains open throughout the renovation period, and both accommodation and conferences can be booked as normal. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to a fully renovated Sheraton Stockholm. **Sheraton Stockholm will be fully renovated by the end of March 2026!** When it comes to meetings, events and conference in Stockholm, the Sheraton Stockholm Hotel offers one of the city's most accommodating conference floors. We are perfectly located and dedicated to serve your needs. For your convenience, our meeting rooms are located on one floor, equipped with the latest technology. We welcome large festive cocktail receptions for up to 600 guests or small meetings that require the utmost privacy. All 13 conference rooms are very flexible and ideal for anything from board meetings and conventions to receptions and banquets. 10 of the rooms offer natural daylight and overlook the famous City Hall and Lake Mälaren.

Our conference floor of 900sqm offers 11 flexible meeting and event rooms that are ideal for anything from board meetings and conventions to banquets and receptions up to 700 guests. The meeting rooms are located on the same floor, making it easy to move between rooms, breakout areas and social spaces. The meeting spaces, that are newly renovated as of September 2025, has generous layouts, inspiring interiors and updated technology.
