A Versatile Backdrop for Every Gathering: With over 5,000 square feet of flexible indoor meeting space and multiple inspiring outdoor venues—including our spectacular 5-acre Little River Meadow—we seamlessly blend rustic charm with refined functionality. • Accommodations: Choose from 73 newly renovated guestrooms, lofts, and cozy A-frame cabins, all featuring a modern mountain design. • Birchwood Hall (4,125 sq. ft.): Full renovation (completed early December 2025). Our premier venue with a dedicated 575 sq. ft. private courtyard for effortless indoor-outdoor events. Ideal for large conferences, banquets (up to 250), and elegant receptions (up to 300). • The Maple Room: Full renovation (completed mid December 2025). A warm, intimate speakeasy-style venue with exposed brick and cozy seating—perfect for executive gatherings, private dinners, or a unique late-night experience. • Little River Meadow: This vast, scenic outdoor space is framed by Vermont's peaks, offering an ideal setting for large-scale tented receptions, team-building exercises, guided yoga, or open-air sessions. A truly unique and inspiring environment. • Eastside Bar + Bites: A dynamic setting for casual meetings, welcome receptions, or post-conference happy hours, featuring flexible indoor and outdoor seating with fire pits and craft beverage service.
