The 'Jolly Aretusa Palace Hotel', is a "4 Stars", situated to Syracuse center. The 114 rooms, have been projected and furnish for guaranteeing the comfort of the guests in the respect of an absolute privacy. In the elegant "The 5 Senses Restaurant", the Traditional and tipical Sicilian Dishes are served. Plus, there is also a rich menu of international dishes. Worthy of mention are also the irresistible homemade desserts and the well stocked wine cellar, with a carefully selected wine list of Etnean, Sicilian and Italian wines. The Restaurant can host up to 200 people. To the 'Jolly Aretusa Palace Hotel' of Syracuse, you will find the ideal location for Business Meetings, Congresses, Business Lunches or Dinners, Coffee breaks, Cocktails etc. The Hotel, has infact till 4 Adaptable Modular Rooms, that they combined allow to create an only larger room, can accomodate up to 300 people.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
