Парк назван в честь Джуанды Картавиджайи, последнего премьер-министра Индонезии. Он расположен в Кампунг-Пакаре, деревня Сибури, в районе Чименян. Его высота колеблется от 770 до 1330 метров над уровнем моря. На плодородных почвах произрастает около 2500 видов растений, включая 40 семейств и 112 видов.
