The Hotel Santika BSD City - Serpong is located in the heart of Central Business District (CBD) BSD City, encompasses a total area 5.000 square meters, connected with the biggest and the most complete entertainment centre in Tangerang, Teras Kota. The new hotel is ideally situated in the city's primary shopping and entertainment center, within walking distance of a host of attractions including Ocean Park, the German Centre, and the rapidly developing Central Business District, in the south-west of Jakarta that only can be reached in 40 minutes with easy access to commercial area, affluent neighborhoods, and businesses. BSD benefits from major toll roads that provide connections to all destinations. While Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is only 30 minutes away. With its dedicated train station, the city is part of Jabotabek's rail network and the BSD feeder bus lines link into the bus-way lines that cross the region.
