South Coast's 7,200-square foot conference center holds up to 800 guests, while the amphitheater seats up to 1,500 around a 6,000 square foot outdoor courtyard. Yes, we recycle cardboard packaging and organic waste from the kitchen. We recycle office paper through a shredding service and our glass wine bottles are recycled through a local company. Where practical, we provide biodegradable single use containers and utensils.
