Total Cancellation • Once the hotel receives the deposit this will not be refundable. • Between 240 and 120 days before the arrival of the group: 50 % of the total rooms booked will be paid, taxes included. • With less than 119 days before the arrival of the group: 100% of the total rooms booked will be paid, taxes included. Partial Cancellation • Between 3 and 1 month before the arrival of the group: • If the cancellation is more than 10% of the total rooms booked we will charge the 90% of the rooms reduced, taxes included. • With less than 1 month before the arrival of the group: • We will charge the 100% of the rooms reduced, taxes included. -The above cancellation policy, will be apply to rooms, food and beverage services and meeting rooms booked at signing this contract and any other that may be booked later.
