Fairmont Tokyo offers an exceptional selection of venues, embodying its role as a gateway connecting people, cultures, and ideas. On the fourth floor, the expansive 1,000sqm FAIRMONT GRAND BALLROOM provides a versatile setting that can be used as one grand space or divided into three separate rooms, each equipped with its own 220-inch LED screen. Adjacent to the Ballroom is a spacious pre-function area, ideal for receptions or networking, and a lobby with an open kitchen that adds a dynamic culinary touch to your event. Additional meeting spaces include the EXECUTIVE I, II, and III rooms, as well as the flexible ESTATE I and II rooms, which can be combined into a larger space to suit your needs. On the 43rd floor, THE SKY features a pre-function area that extends onto a Banquet Terrace with a lush garden, offering an elegant outdoor option. Guests are treated to panoramic views overlooking Tokyo Bay and the city skyline, creating a truly memorable setting. THE SEA, with its 120-inch video screen, provides a stunning space that also overlooks Tokyo Bay. An open kitchen to one side enhances events with dynamic culinary flair, allowing chefs to craft bespoke menus as part of the experience.
